Mom's Natural Sore Throat Gargle Recipe

- ½ cup hot water
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
- 3 drops of iodine
- Add 4 ounces of very warm water in a glass.
- Add salt, baking soda, and iodine and stir well.
- Use gargle solution till it's all gone.
- Use 3 to 4 times a day.
WARNING: Only use this solution to gargle. Do not swallow!
