Olive Garden Salad Dressing
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings, dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ cup + 1 Tablespoon water
- 2 (7 ounce) packets Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix, (recipe below)
- 1 Tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon celery salt
- 2 Tablespoons salt
- Mix above together and store in airtight container. When a recipe calls for one packet, use 2 tablespoons of the mix.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until combined, about 30 seconds. Keep refrigerated.

- ¼ cup cider vinegar (I use red wine or balsamic vinegar)
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoon water,
- 2 Tablespoon dry mix
- Pour into a cruet, shake well and serve. Keep refrigerated.!
