Crockpot Peanut Clusters

Nothing could be easier than making candy in a crockpot. It's delicious and fun to share with friends and family at parties or in goodie gifts.
Serves: approximately 90-95 candies
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds (36 ounces) salted dry-roasted peanuts
  • 4 ounces (4 squares) German's Sweet Chocolate
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
  • 2-1/2 pounds white almond bark
  • 1-1/2" candy cups
Instructions
  1. Put the peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow-cooker.
  2. Layer the chocolate over the peanuts, beginning with the sweet chocolate, followed by the chocolate chips, then add the almond bark.
  3. Set the temperature on low and cook for 3 hours. Do not stir the mixture.
  4. After 3 hours, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  5. Drop the candy in 1-1/2" candy cups.
  6. Allow the candy to cool completely.
