- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- Mix well with a whisk or food processor.
Try red wine vinegar instead of balsamic vinegar for another classic variation.
