Swiss Cheese Chicks in a Blanket
Springtime Swiss Cheese Chicks in a Blanket will fly off their plates they are so yummy. Dip them in easy Honey Mustard Sauce, I've included the recipe for you here.

  • 1-1/2 pounds Chicken and Apple Smoked Sausages
  • ½ pound Swiss Cheese, sliced
  • 1 package refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup honey mustard
  1. Preheat oven according to directions on crescent rolls.
  2. Cut 16 crescent rolls in half.
  3. Cut sliced Swiss cheese into strips the same size as the crescent roll triangles.
  4. Slip the casings or skins on the chicken & apple sausages and cut them in thirds.
  5. Roll them up inside the roll and cheese triangles beginning with the wider end.
  6. Lay them point side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake them for 13-15 minutes till golden brown.
  8. While the Swiss Chicks are baking make the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce by mixing the mayonnaise and mustard together thoroughly till creamy.
  9. Serve warm.
