It’s glorious with grilled chicken, ribs, and sandwiches, especially on pulled pork.<\/p>\n

Buttermilk Coleslaw<\/h2>\n

I’m a tremendous fan of Nampa cabbage. \u00a0I love how curly and colorful it is. \u00a0It adds a pretty texture to any salad, and I think it’s perfectly nice in a coleslaw.<\/p>\n

\"Buttermilk<\/a><\/p>\n

Buttermilk Coleslaw is light and can be low-carb. \u00a0Instead of sugar, try adding a little liquid stevia or monk fruit to taste, and sweeten your dressing a little. \u00a0Just mix all the dressing ingredients together in a mixing bowl<\/a> and shred cabbages and carrots. \u00a0Pour the dressing over the slaw and gently toss. \u00a0I like to chill it for about 30 minutes before serving, but you may toss and chill up to 2 hours ahead of serving time.<\/p>\n
