If you’re looking for easy, here you go. \u00a0Plug in a Crock Pot<\/strong><\/a>, set it to low, fill it up, cover it and walk away. Honestly, there is so little preparation, you don’t even need to defrost your chicken breast, just throw it in with everything else. \u00a0In our family, it’s a favorite in our rotation of chili recipes and I have shared it with countless friends and bloggers who all say the same thing, it’s an easy favorite, that’s gluten free too!<\/p>\n

Put the chicken in the crock pot. Top with the undrained canned tomatoes and corn,\u00a0the drained and\u00a0rinsed beans, chopped onion,\u00a0ranch dressing mix, cumin, and chili powder. Now, stir to combine then\u00a0top with the cubed cream cheese.\u00a0Cook on low for 6-8 hours,\u00a0stirring one\u00a0or twice\u00a0to blend in the cheese.\u00a0Shred or chop the chicken into large pieces\u00a0and serve over rice or with tortilla chips. \u00a0It generally serves 6 generously.<\/p>\n
