What I love most about these berries are their attractive bright red color and they can be used in countless ways. \u00a0I hope to share more cranberry ideas through the holidays, so be watching!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/cheerykitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Cranberry-Pumpkin-Cake-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cheerykitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Cranberry-Pumpkin-Cake-2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"425\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For our traditional Thanksgiving dessert spread, I was inspired by the new &#8220;seasonal release&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>of\u00a0Jello&#8217;s Pumpkin Spice Pudding and Pie Filling.\u00a0 Cranberry Pumpkin Cake with Caramel Glaze<\/div>\n<div>seemed perfect for those few who aren&#8217;t big on pies in our family.\u00a0 Some actually prefer cake and ice cream.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/cheerykitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/2011-11-16.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cheerykitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/2011-11-16-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"384\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It&#8217;s fast and easy to make. \u00a0Preheat the oven and prepare a 12 cup bundt pan. \u00a0Be sure to reserve 1\/4 cup of the cake mix in a plastic bag. \u00a0Wash and dry your cranberries and then toss them in the bag with the cake mix and coating them well. \u00a0This tip helps to keep them from falling to the bottom of the pan.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil and beat together for about 2 minutes. \u00a0Now gently fold the berries into your batter and pour into your cake pan. \u00a0Pop it into the the oven for about 40 to 45 minutes&#8230;ovens vary, so watch it carefully. \u00a0I always test it with a toothpick. \u00a0When the toothpick comes out clean, it&#8217;s done. \u00a0Cool on a wire rack. \u00a0While the cake is cooling, you can make the caramel glaze.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/cheerykitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Cranberry-Pumpkin-Cake.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cheerykitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Cranberry-Pumpkin-Cake-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>[amd-zlrecipe-recipe:76]<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/cheerykitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Cranberry-Pumpkin-Cake-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cheerykitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Cranberry-Pumpkin-Cake-4-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This cake will freeze well prior to glazing. \u00a0Mine is all wrapped up and tucked in the freezer ready for the big day.\u00a0 What&#8217;s waiting in yours?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0Happy Baking All!<\/div>\n<span class=\"et_bloom_bottom_trigger\"><\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I get a thrill when I spy the first bag of fresh cranberries in the produce section each Fall, I am crazy for cranberries! \u00a0Cranberry Pumpkin Cake with Caramel Glaze is perfect for those who just love a few.
