PLACE <\/b>eggs in saucepan large enough to hold them in single layer. \u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
<\/b>ADD<\/b> cold water to cover eggs by 1 inch. \u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
<\/b>HEAT<\/b> over high heat just<\/i><\/b> to boiling. \u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
<\/b>REMOVE<\/b> from burner. COVER<\/b> pan. \u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
<\/b>LET EGGS STAND<\/b> in hot water about 15 minutes for large eggs (12 minutes for medium eggs; 18 minutes for extra large).\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
DRAIN <\/b>immediately and serve warm. OR,<\/b> cool completely under cold running water or in bowl of ice water, then REFRIGERATE<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
