Cider Frappe

- 1 cup sugar or sugar substitute, (hooray for Stevia)

- 1 cup water

- 4 cups apple juice or cider

- 2 cups orange juice

Combine sugar and water and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 2 minutes to make a simple syrup. Add apple and orange juices. Stir together and pour into a container to freeze. Fully freeze and scoop into a sherbet size dish. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint if desired.Ahhh: I’ve used cranberry or cran-apple juice in place of apple juice with great results.

Thankful for you!
