Red Pepper Strips with Ranch Dressing
“It’s spring fever. You don’t quite know what it is you want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so bad.”
Mark Twain
Crisp white tulips in the great room are so fresh, offering the hope of Spring. Outside bulbs are popping up making me feel excited and anxious for their arrival.
I love to share lots of sweet treats here. This is my very favorite right now. Trying to get in 5 fruits and veggies a day is a challenge when controlling blood sugar. If you eat low-carb, try this for dessert. Red sweet peppers are so delicious. I can eat a whole one each day and they are a great source of lots of vitamins, especially A, C and B6.
Simple quarter and seed…
and dip in Ranch Dressing for a light, lovely, perfect treat! Simply sweet for sure…
along with tulips making March a marvelous month.
I’m looking forward to Spring along with these guys who love to play on “the bridge!” We are all longing to play outside and garden more. How ’bout you?
Happy Sunny Day in Utah!! Your little guys are so cute!! I feel the same way, spring please. I love your blog and look forward to new posts.

You have tulips?
Really?
I am going to covet right here! Right NOW!!!!!
I’m really going to not be bitter.
I’m really just wondering what in the world am I living in Iceburg for?
Please take a picture of the budding tulips.
And some dead about to be green grass.
Oh, and some dirt.
Pretty please??????
You are going to have so much fun!……just a tad envious of the grandma time!
I need to get more veggies in too. Haven’t you noticed when you blog sweets, you get so many more comments and more traffic! I know when I visit linky parties I head off to the sweets first – I think I am an addict. I have to say I do love red peppers and really most veggies, just don’t grab them as often.
I have to say no plates, etc under the beds. We do have old frames, camp cots, boxes of clothes, but that is all. That would be a fun post – What IS Under Your Bed?!
Those tulips are amazing! So beautiful! I can’t wait until the tulips are up!!! The kiddos are such cuties!
The tulips are beautiful. My daughter bought me pink ones to celebrate the coming of Spring. Peppers are so pretty when they are sliced together! They come in so many summery colours. They are like summer on a plate!
