My #1 Grilling Secret – A Clean Grill.
You can never get a nice char on your food if there are still remnants leftover on the grill. Start out clean and clean up when you are done. I use this two things to clean my grill and it is the secret for the BEST grilled food!

Weber Grill Cleaner Spray – Professional Strength Degreaser – Non Toxic 8 Oz Cleanser
I love this spray. It is so easy to use and it helps get those last little bits of food stuck to the grates off in no time at all!

that grill cleaner spray looks good… and yes, I can get that to get an awesome grill, you’ll need a clean canvas, just like when making drawings or paintings. 🙂 I do wonder though, have you tried out other grill cleaner sprays out in the market? which of them would you recommend if the weber grate grill cleaner is not readily available? 🙂
I think you can use any of the grill cleaners that they offer. I would just look for one that is food grade so you don’t have to worry about the chemicals getting into your food. Most of them out there are already foodgrade though. I have used a couple generic ones and they work okay. If you don’t have any options, I would clean it well with a brush or some foil balled up and then add vegetable oil onto the grill before it is hot. It helps it stay clean and also keeps your food from sticking. If you do that before and after every time you grill, your grill will stay clean.

Thanks for the tip on how to keep your grill clean. I tend to let the grime and grit build up. With the Weber grill cleaner, I can clean it each time that I grill. I appreciate your tip!
Great, Charles! I am so glad I could share this tip with you!
