Feel Good Mormon Mocha

So here’s a recipe for some LOVE, Feel Good Mormon Mocha. Along with flowers, cards, and candy, sip a warm, feel good cup of cocoa with those you love and they will beg for s’more!
My incredibly talented niece, Jonell, author of The Feel Good Cookbook, recently shared Feel Good Mormon Mocha with me. It’s amazingly creamy and so perfect for all, especially those who are living dairy, gluten free, and low-carb.
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons organic cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 quart rice milk or almond milk
- 1 13 ounce can coconut milk
- ¼ cup stevia
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Blend together.
- Over medium heat, bring to a simmer.
- Serve and enjoy!
I love your visits, thanks so much and happy sipping!
Sounds so warm and comforting. Adorable mugs to serve in!
Thanks Lorraine!
Sounds good! Cute mugs:@)
I have everything but the almond milk. I love cocoa and would try just about any new recipe someone give me.
In other news (and I HOPE you see this…) I have been waiting for months to make your creme brulee (sp?) cheesecake because I wanted to make it for my husband for Valentines Day. I actually cut it with a heart shaped cookie cutter, and he ate it like a piece of cake. He said that it was the BEST dessert he had ever had. I’m sure he was just being nice, but I could tell that he really and truly loved it.
THANK YOU for yet another score!
(I said, and I quote: ” I got that from GNEE at Singing WIth Birds”.
He knew exactly of whom I was speaking. He said, “Ah, peachy chicken lady.” LOL
Oh thanks for making my day Debbie! Glad you made them for your sweetie, not so sure about being “the peachy chicken lady!”
Perfect for the winter that doesn’t want to go away. Love those adorable mugs.
Sounds really nice! I bought those fun mugs and gave them away at Christmas for a gift. Now I wish I had kept some. They look so cute!
