Spinach Basil Salad

Spinach Basil Salad

I’m seeing chocolate eggs and jellybeans everywhere.  I know the bunny’s on his way, but it’s all about healthy, light, greens around here.  Believe me, you’re going to want to fill your basket with Spinach Basil Salad!

Spinach Basil Salad

Spring and salads just go together, especially if they are fresh and extra flavorful.  Spinach Basil Salad is all of that and more.  Just fill up your salad spinner and then chill your washed greens.  It’s delicious as is, or make it the star of your dining experience by adding grilled chicken or salmon.

Oh yes, oh yes… two of my favorite green flavors together. I have to pin this on my secret board so my other luncheon club peeps don’t repin and steal it from me.
