Spinach Basil Salad
I’m seeing chocolate eggs and jellybeans everywhere. I know the bunny’s on his way, but it’s all about healthy, light, greens around here. Believe me, you’re going to want to fill your basket with Spinach Basil Salad!

- ½ cup pine nuts, toasted

- Sprinkle with pine nuts and grated cheese.

- Add grilled or poached chicken or salmon, if desired, and serve.
We leave cookies and milk for jolly ol’ Santa Clause. Imagine your bunny’s delight when he hops by and finds a Spinach Basil Salad all dressed up waiting for him…you got it, bunny bait!
Here’s a pin for you.
Thanks so much for coming by.
Basil has such an amazing and bright flavor that I know this salad must be delicious! Looks fantastic too. yum!
Oh yes, oh yes… two of my favorite green flavors together. I have to pin this on my secret board so my other luncheon club peeps don’t repin and steal it from me.
